We are pleased to announce that the CashMir system has been successfully integrated with the virtual telephone exchange FOCUS TELECOM.
The telephone exchange is a tool that allows our clients to optimize sales and debt collection processes, including extending the debt collection scenarios (in conjunction with the automatic sending of e-mails, text messages and traditional mail).
The most important functions of the virtual exchange are:
• automatic (in line with the scenario) adding connections to specific queues
• assigning customers / cases to specific telephone campaigns
• saving informations about telephone calls in a file
• automatic opening of the customer’s file in the CashMir system when the consultant has established a telephone connection
• taking actions on specific effects of telephone conversations, e.g. sending an SMS or email, generating a letter, etc.
